Even though the hotel is slightly dated, the property and the rooms are very clean. The fridge and the microwave in the room was very useful. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location is in a good area next to a lot of restaurants and the Treasure Coast Mall
Staff was really helpful from changing booking to checkout. Location is directly on US1, just over the Roosevelt bridge. Literally 3 minutes from downtown Stuart. It felt safe, and grounds were well-kept. Room was clean and tidy, but maybe almost ready for updating, and for the $184.00 price, could have been quieter. (Some machinery went off at intervals all night, but who wants to change hotels at 3 AM?.) Would stay again for a less premium price; we have been traveling for the past month, and seen much lesser prices for equivalent rooms...but whatever the market bears, I guess-was told they were full up.
I just stayed here over Labor Day qith my dog. Let me just say, this place is awesome!!! The staff are soo nice. The place is clean, doesn't smell, has a great breakfast, that's open till 10. The pool is clean. There are laundry facilities. Plenty of outside lighting, so I felt safe taking my dog out after dark. I wasn't handed a paper addressed to my dog telling him everything he couldn't do. I loved the walk in shower, so did my dog. I could barley keep him out of it. Love this place and will stay here again my next time down
Julie and Rudy were exceptional in their service towards our party. We had 30+ people and Julie met us at the hotel lobby with all our key cards ready and made the whole experience feel like we were esteemed guests. We travel many times per year with big and complex groups of people, this was by far the best experience. Great hotel, great location, exceptional staff!

Norman Craig is a class act and an asset to the Hilton family. I am a Hilton Honors member and I just returned from a (2) Week Hilton stay in Lake Jackson TX. With that said my wife snd I planned an overnight stay in Stuart for some much needed R&R unfortunately at the last minute an emergency created a last-minute cancellation. We reached out to Mr. Craig. He assured us that our reservation could be canceled and the loyalty points would be refunded.. My point is things come up at the last minute and it’s a pleasure to be deal with senior management that understands our families needs.g Norman is a keeper - hopefully someone shares this review with him personally. Based on reviews I was scared to keep my reservation while in town to visit my mom. While a member for years in any Hilton Property have had no issues checking in early 1-3pm at no cost if room is ready…this Hampton charges 50$ (insanity) The lady up front was extremely RUDE! Name started with a N, however when returning to my check in Julia was super nice and my room was clean and comfy! Overall a comfy stay!
